HSK 1 (汉语水平考试一级)

At HSK 1, you're able to:

1. Ask and answer simple questions about yourself and the people around you: name, nationality, age, family and job.
2. Say when and where something is happening, and ask about the weather, prices and how to get somewhere.
3. Exchange everyday courtesies, say what you like to eat and do, and tell someone you are unwell.

HSK 1 covers 300 words and 246 characters, counted from the start of the syllabus.
