HSK 3 (汉语水平考试三级)

At HSK 3, you're able to:

  1. Deal with everyday business, and talk about where you live, your health and your habits.
  2. Talk about your studies, your job and the kind of work people do.
  3. Describe a place and its environment, and pass on the details of a show or a sporting event.
  4. Talk about Chinese food, how it is eaten, and traditional customs.

HSK 3 covers 1,000 words and 655 characters, counted from the start of the syllabus.
