She could not write Chinese characters before, but she has learnt. Insert 了 once to mark her new ability.

她(Tā)会(huì)写(xiě)汉(hàn)字(zì)了(le)。

她(Tā)會(huì)寫(xiě)漢(hàn)字(zì)了(le)。

ㄊㄚㄏㄨㄟˋ ㄒㄧㄝˇ ㄏㄢˋ ㄗˋ ˙ㄌㄜ。

She can write Chinese characters now.

Put 了 at the end of the statement, before the full stop, to mark the changed situation.
